SWOT Analysis • Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of chemical logistics in the partner regions as basis for exchange of experience • Develop a description of chemical logistics to have a common understanding of current situation • Identification of regional needs and future potential areas for cooperation and implementation of feasibility studies • Using Regional Stakeholder Meetings as Expert Workshops for analysis of strength and weaknesses, chances and barriers • Presentation of Results during Usti Conference - SWOT Report finished 04/09

Expert Interviews / Workshops – Regional Stakeholder Meetings • Regional Stakeholder Meeting - grouping of 10 experts per round table in Workshop Discussion • Logistikum will support preparation and implementation of RSM • Preparation • Calculate about 4 weeks for invitation for the workshops • Invitation: Select the target group for the workshop and provide information about the project, the SWOT Analysis and about the workshop itself • Development of time schedule / agenda for the workshop • Fix discussion time per question • Proceeding • Short project description • Overview about SWOT Analysis • Presentation of the questions – follow the guideline (Excel-Sheet) • Brainstorming, Priorization and Description of Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats
