Logistical Information • THANK YOU FOR COMING!!!! • Most Important…please read the information in your handout package; • Restaurants, transportation info, agenda, participant list etc. • For Help: Wendy McBride, Camille Hoffman, or Program Committee Members (blue ribbons) • Messages posted: in the registration area; • Business Office: not far from registration area;

  3. Logistical Information • Complimentary Continental Breakfast… Before the sessions Tuesday through Thursday; • Posters: Please set up ASAP; Must be down by 8 am Thu. Request you leave them up as long as possible. • Speakers: Please see Dick Reynolds if you have a presentation to download • Icebreaker and Poster Session: Tuesday 5:15 pm

  4. Logistical Information • Conference Dinner: Wed. 6:15 pm; We need an accurate count for the dinner byTuesday noon. If you are not going please turn in your ticket. • Tours Friday: NIST, FSL, SEC, NGDC, NCAR; Sign up at registration desk; • Suggestions: During conference; Breakout sessions Thursday; Suggestion card in handout package;

  5. Logistical Information • Breakout Sessions: Thursday. Please read the questions for the Breakout Sessions Today. Think about them, come to sessions on Thursday with your ideas.
