  2. Drastic Increase in Resources Allocated to RDI 0.92 • R&D expenditures reached to 11 billion $ with an annual growth rate of 16% • Since 2006, Turkey has passed Israel,Austria, Belgium, Finland and Mexico in R&D expenditures 0.53 FTE Researchers 82.000 (2012) 3.5 times since 2002 82 24
