  10. [Appendix] Marketing Hierarchy The hierarchy for marketing management is consist of marketing plan, program and campaign. The program and campaign have dependant elements on upper level as below. Marketing Hierarchy Description Dependant Elements (List of Values) Marketing plan Plan a marketing with category and objective information- Actual / Forecasted expense information is automatically aggregated from programs- A marketing plan can have various programs • N/A - The highest level of marketing ex) E-newsletter for 2010 Program Design a program with goal information - Actual / Forecasted expense information is automatically aggregated from campaigns- A program can have various campaigns • Marketing Plan - When register a new program a pre-defined marketing plan is need to be selected • Category- Program category is dependant on marketing plan category ex) E-newsletter for 2010 1st Quarter Campaign Design a campaign with goal and expense information (as well as actual information) - Actual / Forecasted expense information is need be be input in campaign area • Program - When register a new campaign a pre- defined program is need to be selected • Category- Campaign category is dependant on program category ex) E-newsletter for January

Campaigns View Description • Campaign list (By clicking view option, user can choose My or All) • User can create or update a campaign • User can search a campaign by clicking query and item selection View Requirement [Field] • Remove : Channel, Lead source, Cultural, City, State, Model • Add : ‘Lead’ check box, Lead type [Functionality] • If the campaign needs to make lead, checkbox needs to be clicked. Only when the check box is clicked, dealer category is activated
