Just quote Lot and PTD number. • BUILDING COST Refer to schedule on construction cost (previous slide) Example If you choose land of 10,000 sq ft and bungalow design Type Canary 1 the cost of your bungalow is RM 200,000 + RM 275,000 + RM 22,000 (project and construction management fee) = RM 497,000
