As a holiday destination in its own right, Airlie Beach offers Cannonvale residents close proximity to all the trappings of a cosmopolitan lifestyle – boulevard oceanfront walkway, boutique shopping, silver service restaurants, alfresco dining, bars, cafes or cheap eats. There’s also the potential to take pleasure in year-round swimming at Airlie’s patrolled lagoon and netted swimming enclosure. Residents of The Elements have the ability to live the lifestyle of a tourist at whim surrounded by world-class resort amenities and natural attractions, but with the benefit of being able to retreat to the privacy of their own garden sanctuary away from global and domestic tourist bustle.

Amidst the lush landscaped surrounds there are three swimming pools, a playground, communal BBQ facilities and a walking track that links three stages; The Bridge, The Park and The Lagoon Old Masterplan

  4. Location The Bridge (Stage 1) The Bridge has been designed with a conscious effort to respect the existing rural environment and minimise impact. The estate is integrated and inspired to take advantage of views, the existing landscape, the dry creek bed that runs through and compliments the surrounding elements. Much of the existing vegetation has been retained and enhanced with additional landscaping. Total 52 Apartments consist of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms

This 2000km long coral expanse provides a natural buffer from rough seas, as the crystal clear Coral Sea basks in a world-renowned reputation for sailing, snorkelling and fishing. Island hopping is another popular pastime with a choice of 74 Islands accessible from Shute Harbour, the region’s major ferry port situated just a short drive south of Cannonvale. Director of EdgeArchitecture, Gordon Beath has designed extensively throughout the tropical regions of Australia and South-East Asia Tourism. Gordon’s impressive portfolio includes the design and coordination of the Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast, which is acknowledged as one of the best beachfront resorts in the world.
