Membership Activities Contact “Non-Renewal” Members Continuing aggressive contacts via the Secretary and other members Welcome and mentor New Members Continuing to seek new members via contacts at various area companies and government agencies Maintain a Chapter Membership Roster and Email List Secretary maintains a list of current and past members via constant monitoring and updating Gentle Persuasion (Twist Arms, Knock Heads) General Chapter Progress to Date (cont)

Large base of System Safety practitioners Diversity of members’ fields and employers Regular, interesting meetings with diverse topics Frequent communications with members (Web & Email) Provide valuable information and services to members Make non-members aware of the benefits of membership Involved, dedicated, and hard-working officers and members New folks coming into TVC area (4 of 5 officers not here in 2000) Old guard still involved Keys to TVC Success
