  2. Body • Monarch butterflies are insects. • The have orange, black, and white wings. • The wing span of a Monarch butterfly is 4 inches long, wow! ( Or 10 centimeters) • They have 2 antennas on there hade and it helps them find food.

  3. Habitat • Monarch butterflies live in fields and meadows. • They fly to Mexico wen its fall. • They need to stay in warm weather.

  4. Food • Monarch butterflies drink nectar that comes from flowers. • They have a long straw like tongue to drink nectar. • Monarch babys eat milk weed.

  5. Life cycle • Monarch butterflies start as eggs. • Then they tern into caterpillars. • And then they tern into a chrysalises. • And last they tern into butterflies.
