Purposes of the Workshop • To help faculty understand the Reappointment, Tenure, and Promotion process and related expectations • To provide a forum to enable the Dean to provide guidance and for the RPT Committee members to offer observations • To provide suggestions about preparing for the reappointment, tenure, and promotion process • To explain timelines and forms related to applying for reappointment, tenure, and/or promotion
