  3. What does the coursework involve? • Non-fiction coursework - A essay that informs, explains and describes a certain topic. e.g. a essay about what the future holds

  4. What does the coursework involve? • Shakespeare An essay on a chosen Shakespeare play, that explores the play and refers to the given essay title. some of the plays chosen by your teacher could be: Macbeth, Othello, Romeo and Juliet, or even a different one, as it changes each year.

  5. What does the coursework involve? • Pre- 20th century prose This could be an essay on a novel such as: • The Speckled Band by Arthur Conan Doyle, • Frankenstein by Mary Shelley.
