PEIMS Reporting info • To comply with the new TEC requirements, TEA has added elements to the PEIMS Data Standards for collection of the ratings for each district and campus, as well as an element for the collection of the self‐reporting of compliance. • THIS INFORMATION WILL BE REPORTED IN THE PEIMS SUBMISSION 3: SUMMER COLLECTION ON THE • 010 DISTRICT AND 020 CAMPUS RECORDS. • Ratings must be available for reporting prior to the closing date for Submission 3 on June 26, 2014. Ratings must be reported in the initial submission, but districts will have an opportunity to adjust their ratings through the Submission 3 Resubmission period which closes July 24, 2014. It is imperative to allow sufficient time to complete the evaluation process and provide the ratings to the district’s PEIMS Coordinator for coding and submitting PEIMS files in advance of these closing dates.
