  4. What did they say? Information from the survey and focus groups clearly said that they wanted: • more current and new books, and • an updated clean library.

  5. Mission Statement The Tillsonburg Public Library welcomes the community and is committed to providing comprehensive resources, diverse programs and quality services to enrich people's lives.

  6. Vision To provide an inviting multi-use centre that offers current resources, programs and services to meet the ever changing literary, educational and personal needs of our community members.

Library Board Goals 2008 • Create and implementa collection development plan that meets the needs of the community. • Establish short-range (1 year) and long-range (5 years) plans for the Library. • Inform patrons and public about Library programs and resources. • Set realistic Library budgets. • Seek other funding opportunities.
