  7. What You Should Know About Your BRAIN • Take a few minutes to read the provided article from Judy Willis • Use the information from the article to complete the chart provided. • Refer back to the “Using the Principles of Brain-Based Learning in the Classroom” • How to Help a Child Learn

  8. Brain Boosters- • Everyone stand • Cross your ankles • Extend arms overhead while breathing in. • Cross wrists above your head clasping hands • Bring crossed hands down in front of chest inverting as we go and breath deeply. • Return to neutral position, breath deeply and repeat a few times
