Slide 26 Conference Member Recruitment Program - Join IEEE And Get a Free Society • CMR Program offers an incentive to those who join at your conference • Higher-grade, full dues paying IEEE membership applicant is given 1 year of membership in one of the 38 Technical Societies • Program runs 1 September – 15 August • CMR Program is NOT open to student membership • CMR Program is NOT open to renewals • CMR Program is NOT for Affiliates • CMR Program is for New Members Only

Slide 27 Payment Responsibilities • MGA pays for 1 free society of choice for new members who join at your conference • If your conference is not within the guidelines of the CMR program, • provide a GL account number(s) or other payment information • Note other offers the society is paying for (i.e. student membership) Please Note: If an attendee joins at your conference and they are an existing member, should the member receive a balance due letter or will the society pay? Society must decide
