  1. Task Definition: Remove an entire pool you have delegated to a Pool Manager. • In this task – Pool Managers are able to ‘delete’ a pool for a pool they may have created in error or perhaps want to reorganize the pools established initially. The employee roles will go back to the pool from which the role was delegated.The target amount increase will be recalculated for all pools affected by the removal of these roles. • Steps – From the Define My Pools menu option, select the desired pool • Click on [Delete] How To: Delete a Pool You can reassign these employee’s roles to another pool if desired or you may ‘Update Pool’ Manager rather than deleting the pool.   2. Task: Delete a Pool (cont’d) From the Define My Pools page, select the pool to be deleted. Reminder: The employee role(s) will go back to the pool from which the role(s) was delegated. Click on [Delete Selected] to see the following Validation Warning. Click on [Submit Anyway] to complete this task.
