This is one of four fundamental forces. • This force holds protons, neutrons and electrons together in atoms • A changing magnetic field exerts an electric field, conversely, a changing electric field generates a magnetic field. • What we observe as light is an electromagnetic wave, a propagated oscillatory disturbance in electromagnetic field.
