COLLECTING RESPONSES DEFAULT – create a link to the survey that can be placed into an e-mail message or on a webpage Name the link, then click on the “Next Step” button… You will be given two codes, a web link that can be placed into an e-mail message and HTML to insert in a web page. All your respondents have to do is CLICK on the link, and they are taken to your online survey!
