  3. Time • 1st Affirmative Constructive – 6 minutes • Cross Examination – 3 minutes • 1st Negative Constructive – 7 minutes • Cross Examination – 3 Minutes • 1st Affirmative Rebuttal – 4 minutes • 1st Negative Rebuttal – 6 minutes • 2nd Affirmative Rebuttal – 3 Minutes • 3 minutes prep time each

  4. Rules • Present yourself and school in a respectful manner. • Watch your speaking method. • Flow (take notes) • Use all time given • Answer arguments and use evidence. • Look at the judge. • Be Prepared.
