Integration of Civil Defence Knowledge in Education for Disaster Risk Reduction OUR PROJECT • Under EPDRM we have conducted some training initiatives in preparedness and response for schoolchildren in Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand • Awareness on hazards and natural and man made disasters • Activities that can be taken to be prepared (fire extinguishers in school, etc) • Basic skills for response (first aid, evacuation, etc)
