Afecto al Artículo 218 de la LISR Los Beneficios Fiscales que obtendrás de acuerdo al Artículo 218 de la LISR, s o n : • Hacer deducible de impuestos la prima de retiro, con un tope anual de $152,000 p e s o s . • Diferir el impuesto en el tiempo, es decir al llegar a la edad de retiro se a c u m u l á a r a tus ingresos con una tasa impositiva del 28%, y • Obtener la protección por fallecimiento e invalidez libre de i m p u e s t o s . Estos beneficios se verán reflejados en tu declaración anual de impuestos.
