Counselors and (3.5) Counselor Assistants • Two Budgets – • Operating: $381,843 UVM Match: $38,671 • Case Services: $105,000

  4. Relationship with Vermont, Division of VocRehab • Uniqueness of Rural & Ag. VocRehab • Assist Customers with Disabilities Involved in Ag., and/or Living in Rural Areas • Disabilities Include Physical Impairments, Mental Illness, Drug Addiction, Psychotic Disorders, Mood, Anxiety Disorders… • School To Work Transition Caseload • Individual Caseload with Case Services Budget, 200 Individuals Served/Year, 75 Successful Rehabs. For FY 2005

  6. Northern New England AgrAbility Project • Provides Referrals to and from Rural & Ag. VocRehab • Provides Direct Education Regarding Farm Site Modifications • Provides Assessment Reports Regarding the Design and Fabrication of Work Site Modifications
