  2. มูลค่าการใช้ยาต้านจุลชีพมูลค่าการใช้ยาต้านจุลชีพ • ปี 2552 ค่าใช้จ่ายด้านยา 248,342,627 บาท • ATB = 33,713,613 บาท (13%) • ปี 2553 (มค-พค) ค่าใช้จ่ายด้านยา 160,210,346 บาท • ATB = 13,530,563 บาท (8%)

  3. Extened-spectrum Beta lactamase (ESBL) • ปัญหา : Virulence, MDR (Enz นี้ทำลาย 1st-3rd gen cephalosporin, Penicillin), control (ส่งยีนดื้อยาผ่านทาง plasmid) • เชื้อ E.coli, K.pneumonia • ยา Meropenem, Irtapenem (Invanz) • ปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อที่สร้าง ESBL : นอนนาน, นอน ICU นาน, ใส่ Cath, Ventilator, ได้ Antibiotic มาก

  4. Amp C Betalactamase • Acinetobacter • Pseudomonas • ปัญหา : Virulence, MDR (Betalactamase inh ใช้ไม่ได้), control (ส่งยีนดื้อยาผ่านทาง plasmid) • ยา : Ampi+Sulbactam(Unasyn), colistate, Carbapenem (Meropenem) • ยาที่ induce ให้เกิด Amp C : cephalosporin, clavulanate

  5. S. aureus ปัญหา : Virulence, MDR, control ยา • Vancomycin 500 mg inj • Teicoplanin inj • Fosfomycin inj • Fusidic acid Tab

Lab และอัตราการใช้ยาที่สำคัญ รายงานทุกวันพุธ ที่ศูนย์ (รุ่ง) • เพื่อการควบคุมเชื้อที่มีคุณภาพ และทันท่วงที พวกเราทุกคนมีส่วนร่วม ในการ รายงาน หรือ รวบรวมรายงาน เพื่อสร้างฐานข้อมูลของโรงพยาบาล • การรายงานไม่ครบ หรือ ไม่ส่งรายงาน หรือ รายงานช้า ล้วนมีผลต่อการควบคุมการติดเชื้ออย่างมีประสิทธิภาพทั้งสิ้น
