All the above functions should be implemented by your PMS. We only supply device(Encoder) to read and write cards ,your PMS supplier needs to implement the above functions by invoking our APIs in SDK, which will be sent to you with Encoder together. Regarding whether need to contact Korea credit card company, you need to discuss with your PMS supplier. What brand of PMS are you using? Do you already have your POS device? For example: your reception POS device charges USD 300.00/day from guests' credit card as deposit, the amount will be saved in guest card, they can use guest card to pay for anything on ship, no need credit card. Reception and each shop/restaurant on ship all need one Encoder, which used to read and deduct amount from guest card.
