  • Assist in major GYN procedures and perform the majority of minor
  • Perform cesarean sections and assume care for those patients
  • More experience in the selection and use of obstetrical forceps

  • term as "Administrative Chief Resident" in charge of scheduling conferences, arranging case presentations, assigning clinic duties and making call schedules
