  18. Dispositions • 1 - guilty • 2 - estreature • 3 - forfeiture • 4 - adjudicated delinquent • 5 - adjudication withheld These deal with oos citations The above numbers are listed under “DP” (disposition code) on the driver record.

  22. TicketNumbers • Pay close attention to ticket numbers. They help link administrative suspensions and DUI convictions.

  24. Citations with a ticket number of “0000” were transferred to the Florida record from another state in accordance with the Driver License Compact.

  25. Duplicates & Replacements • The record shows all duplicate and replacement licenses issued to the customer.

  27. Reading Batch Numbers • Basically all batch numbers contain the same information: The year the entry was added to the record, the Julian date, and the coder ID number. • For example: “93242126” means that the entry was added in 1993 on the 242nd day of the year by coder 126.

More on Batch Numbers • Not all batch numbers look the same, but they break down basically the same way. • For example: “4096LA” means the entry was added in 1994 on the 96th day of the year by coder LA. • “99160B50” means the entry was added in 1999 on the 160th day of the year by office B50.

  29. “Shelf Life” of Entries Retention Schedule • Citations 10 years • Citations (adj. w/held COC) Indefinite • Citations (adj. w/held Judge) 10 years • Suspensions & Revocations 7 to 11 yrs • Alcohol Related entries 75 years • Serious CDL violations 55 years • Cleared D6 Suspensions 3 years

  30. Hardship Reinstatement Authorization • The hearing officer will advise the customer to inform the DL Examiner that the authorization has been added to their record. • Examiner will check the correspondence section of the driving record for this information.
