    1. 2008 IVC All-Conference Banquet Good afternoon and welcome to the 1st annual Ghost Boosters Winter and spring All-conference banquet. We’re here today to recognize IVC students that have earned the right to called an NCIC all-conference athlete. The Ghost Booster vision is and will continue to be “TEAM IVC”. From schoolrooms to boardrooms the word teamwork is becoming more and more important. Organizations of all types accomplish more when people work together. But ultimately, a team is simply a collection of individuals. The challenge for each individual – each team member – is to become the type of person who can maximize his or her contribution and push the team forward to fulfill its mission. Each and everyone of you here today excelled in individual accomplishments, but more importantly, you helped your teams win!
