  1. LABOUR RELATIONS FOR LINE MANAGERS Meridian Training presents a new course, Labour Relations for Line Managers. All levels of management starting from junior supervisory personnel to Senior Managers should attend. Labour Relations for Line Managers The management of day to day conduct and capacity of employees is a line managers responsibility. However most often Line managers lack the knowledge and necessary skill to facilitate these processes and therefore have to rely on IR and Labour Relations Specialists. This course will provide managers with a thorough understanding of specific labour relations themes that impact directly on efficiency and employee productivity. Managers will leave the training with sound knowledge and confidence to implement processes .
