  2. What is my challenge? • Learn a new yoga pose and take a picture every day • Search in the Internet to find out the benefits of the poses • Write down how I feel about the posein a journal

  3. Why did I choose to do yoga? • Yoga helps me exercise and stretch my body • Yoga helps me get stronger • I like to have fun all the time

  4. How did I progress in my 30 day challenge? • Progressed well in my 30 day challenge • Took 30 photos of different poses in yoga • Had lots of fun during this exciting 30 day challenge • Completed the journal booklet

  5. How did I progress in my 30 day challenge? Minutes Day I did a total of 68 minutes of yoga in 30 days! Hooray!

  6. Did I successfully achieve my goal? • Had successfully achieved my goal. Hooray!!! • Learned 30 yoga poses that will help me exercise • Recorded each one with benefits and feelings • My goal is to exercise for all the 30 days.

  7. Did I encounter any obstacles along the way? • I have encountered obstacles while doing yoga poses • It is very difficult to balance and to concentrate • Some of the yoga poses are tricky • My brother sometimes bothers me

  8. How did I overcome those obstacles? • I practiced more to make balancing easier • I kept calm and tried not to move to concentrate • I told my brother to stop bothering me

  9. If I had done this 30 day challenge again, what will I do differently? • I would do something different from yoga • I will challenge myself to eat healthier snacks instead of junk food
