THE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT STRUCTURE SUPPORTS

  • the entity through content production

  • joining of sub-projects to the entity

  • management of the entity: not only project management, but formation of the entity

  • dialogue (flexibility, materials, methods, means, structure and instruments)

  • is e.g. consultation needed between training periods to create a joint output?

  • giving of feedback to and evaluation of the whole process

  • training is clearly a support structure and it cannot take over the leadership

  • training must not guide the entity too much; if this happens, the situation has to be interfered with
