  9. 9-month program – 30 scholarships for 2011 Be teachers of English. Preference to candidates with MA degree in the area. Preference for Public School teachers. Have fluency in English is mandatory, demonstrated by a score of no less than 79-80 (internet based TOEFL - IBT) Demonstrate maturity, dependability, integrity and professionalism. Reside in Brazil throughout the nomination and selection process. FLTA’s are required to return to their home countries upon completion of the 9-month program. FLTA Requirements
