  3. 3,512 households • 36.9% having children under the age of 18 in them. • 57.5% married couples • 7.7% single female households • 31.3% non families (? room mates?) • 25.6% individuals • 8.6% 65+ living alone

  4. Money • Median income household: $68,114 (wow!) • Median income families: $81,251 • Who is living below the poverty line? • 2.7% of families • 4.7% of 18 and under • 1.5% of 65+

  12. Questions I still have… • Not many facilities focused on aiding those in need. Perhaps because of the lack of those in need in this community? • Also lack of culturally diverse opportunities. • High emphasis on wineries- how does this affect teens? • Is it like Europe where if you are always brought up with it its not a big deal? • Or does it introduce them to this too early in life?
