  3. Step 1 • Remove the factory Silencer pad assembly by removing the square headed set screw. Set assembly aside. Goodtool Brake Supplies 1-800-880-7121 Phone: 507 454-1454 www.goodtool-online.com

  4. Step 2 • Rotate Rotor feed assembly all the way out turning counter clockwise Goodtool Brake Supplies 1-800-880-7121 Phone: 507 454-1454 www.goodtool-online.com

  5. Step 3 • Remove the four (4) bolts holding the gearbox assembly on. (It may be necessary to use a thin wall socket on the bottom bolts as a wrench may not fit) Goodtool Brake Supplies 1-800-880-7121 Phone: 507 454-1454 www.goodtool-online.com

  6. Step 4 • At this time push the rotor feed assembly forward (being sure to support the gear box assembly) this will allow you access to the brass feed nut. • YOUR FEED NUT WILL VARY IN APPEARANCE.   7. Step 5 • Remove the two (2) Allen bolts holding the feed nut to the housing. Goodtool Brake Supplies 1-800-880-7121 Phone: 507 454-1454 www.goodtool-online.com

  8. Step 6 • Pull feed nut free from the gearbox housing and push it forward against the threads on the feed screw to gain access to the roll pin in the shaft. Goodtool Brake Supplies 1-800-880-7121 Phone: 507 454-1454 www.goodtool-online.com

  9. Step 7 • Gently drive the roll pin out of the shaft (be sure to support the shaft on the under side as to not damage the feed screw). Goodtool Brake Supplies 1-800-880-7121 Phone: 507 454-1454 www.goodtool-online.com

  10. Step 8 • At this time the gearbox assembly will come off in your hands. Goodtool Brake Supplies 1-800-880-7121 Phone: 507 454-1454 www.goodtool-online.com

  11. Step 9 • Now you can remove the Rotor feed nut. • Before installing new feed nut inspect the feed screw and threads for any wear or damage. (Replace as necessary). Goodtool Brake Supplies 1-800-880-7121 Phone: 507 454-1454 www.goodtool-online.com
