Objectives • Our COST Action is trying to better understand the phenomenon of emerging to advanced countries • Strategies, effects and policy implications are being investigated: work in progress • We cooperate by exchanging data and ideas • The main instrument through which we try to reach these goals are Short Terms Scientific Missions (STSM)
