Circulation Procedure TOTAL NUMBER OF DOCUMENTS - 8 for Employees 8 for Research Scholars/TTPs 2 for Other Trainees (SSP) PERIOD OF LOAN - BOOKS1 MONTH for ALL 15 DAYS for SSPBACKVOLUMES 1 WEEK for ALLREPORTS 1 WEEK for ALL CURRENT PERIODICALS OVERNIGHT for ALLSOFTWARE OVERNIGHT for ALL (except Databases) Overdue fine : Re.1.00 per document per day In-case of loss of book, double the present cost of book will be recovered
