  5. Who is involved at the moment • Bristol City Council • Homes and Communities Agency • Knightstone Housing Association – Kingswear • Barratts Homes – Western Slopes (private land) • Knowle West Residents Planning Group – CiP, NSI, MACA, ICRA, Novers Hill Residents

  6. Whats on the table? • In the past KWRF area – and lesser extent Kingswear/Torpoint – detail has been lacking – “grey hole” within the City Wide Context • Community Objectives set out in 2009 • This time: • Site Allocations and Development Management Policies Document • Option for overall framework – based on Community Option 2 – which was most supported of options in 2010. • Basic AGSP – only for certain areas – detailed limited

  9. What are we doing? • Getting through the paperwork…. • Making sure Kingswear green space isn’t “unloved” • Alerting people to the consultation, exhibition and the information - consulting members and talking to people. • As NSI working to reply by 18th May possibly: • Welcoming some parts – Important Open Space, SNCI • Asking questions – funding from selling off land – links to/from National Planning Policy Framework • Correcting some information – trying to clarify others • Opposing others – Kingswear – Western Slopes – Green Edge
