  3. Aims of the Unit This unit is an introduction to the management function. It will focus on the theory and fundamental concepts of management including planning, organization, leadership, and control.

  4. Aims of the Unit • It also allows the students to become familiar with current and emerging concepts and terminologies that will be useful in many managerial situations.
