  4. Benefits: Treats severe mental illnesses Treat panic attacks Treat anxiety and tension And treats insomnia Risks: Increase anxiety and agitation Cause significant depression Associate with memory problems and cerebral atrophy (brain shrinkage) The benefits and risks

  5. Common Side Effects: • Feeling of calm and relaxation • Drowsiness • Dizziness • Decrease motivation • Irritability • Nausea • Headaches • Tremors • Loss or increase of appetite

  6. Interactions with other medications: *You wouldn’t want to take any other medications that will worsening the act on the central nervous system, or may induce sleep or anxiety.
