  1. Brussels case NordZee and its relation to the Sint-Katelijneplein area The aim of this Eat-scape exercise is to understand the impact of eating activity in a locality. Each team will be assigned an eatery location and some concrete working items to produce in order to share and discussed with the rest of the studio. Through the “eat-scape” approach participants could aim to identify important themes to analyse the subject and the location.
