  3. People around the world eat lots of different types of food. Sweet and sour chicken dish Tacos Thai green chicken curry Samosa Sushi

  4. Some food might be very familiar to you. Some food you might have never seen before. Pizza Paella Roast beef meal Caesar salad Sushi Mussels Swabian ravioli Bigos Which of these foods have you tasted?

  5. Around the world people choose different drinks. Which of these drinks can you name? Cola Tea Lassi Coffee Juice Bubble tea

  6. People around the world choose different food and drinks. However, we all need food to: grow be active stay healthy

  7. Although the foods eaten may look different, diets are usually based on: • Fruit and vegetables • Starchy foods (e.g. bread, rice, potatoes and pasta) • Milk and dairy foods • Meat, fish, eggs, beans and other non-dairy sources of protein, such as tofu.
