Transition– is the process or a period of changing from one state or condition to another.

  • The world of work as students now separates from parents and explore independence.
  • Students are deciding who they are.
  • What they do well.
  • What they will do when they graduate.
  • Students are evaluating their strengths, skills, and abilities.
  • The biggest influence is their peer group.
  • Searching for a place belong and rely on peer acceptance and feedback.
  • They face increased pressures regarding risk behaviors
