  2. DATOS CLÍNICOS • Mujer de 71 años • DM tipo 2 • Pérdida de fuerza progresiva en extremidades inferiores. Incontinencia urinaria y cambios de carácter • RM: • Lesión parieto-occipital extra-axial que invade el seno longitudinal superior • Lesiones isquémicas en sustancia blanca • Atrofia cerebral leve

  4. Meningioma meningotelial con metaplasia adiposa y cambios secundarios a embolización, WHO 1 diagnóstico

  5. Grading of meningiomas • Grade I (“typical”) • Grade II (“atypical”) • with brain invasion, and/or • 4-20 mitoses/10HPF, and/or • Three or more of the following: • increased cellularity • small cell change • prominent nucleoli • loss of lobular architecture • necrosis not explainable by preoperative tumor embolization • Chordoid or clear cell subtype • Grade III (“anaplastic”) • Overt anaplasia • >20 mitoses/10HPF • Rhabdoid or papillary subtype
