  1. The NC Conference Community Center

  2. What is 3MC? • 3MC (formerly MERCI) is a center that seeks to connect people in the community as well as with members of the North Carolina Conference. 3MC’s missions, UMCOR Depot needs and conference center opportunitiesare in abundance and we want you to be a part of it! Are your members hungry for a hands-on ministry that helps put homeless people to work? Does your small group have a special place in their heart for families after the loss of a child? If Disaster Support is a focus in your business or church, would assembling flood buckets help bond folks in support of those who face tragedy? Would a motivational speaker/study light a fire in the hearts of your men, women and youth? If so, 3MC is the place for you!

  5. Losing a miscarried child, premature infant, still-born, or child of any age is one of the most devastating and unimaginable tragedies that one can ever face. Our infant "cradles" have been created to offer dignity and compassion and are designed to be a soft resting place for these children.

  6. Filming the Cradle story for WRAL The United Methodist Men & Women provide these cradles free of charge. We have been blessed to find out these infant cradles express love and kindness to unknown families in a time of sorrow and need.

  7. Cradles are available with Christian and Non-Christian symbolism because regardless of religious beliefs, we believe when you lose a child we all grieve the same. Please visit our online fundraising site: www.gofundme.com/5k4v64

  8. The United Methodist Men & Women have come together on multiple occasions to provide for communities near and far. Here they are working on disaster readiness kits. Wherever there is need, 3MC can be ground zero to offer community support!

  9. 3MC mobilizes men, women and youth through the hosting of inspirational speakers, conferences, training workshops, biblical or educational studies, Emergency Response Training and retreats of all varieties.

  10. There are a variety of ways you can be involved at 3MC! • A Lawnmower Ministry to help the needy who are in need of a sustainable source of income. • UMCOR Disaster support including storing, staging, assembling and distributing needed items (flood buckets, school kits, and health kits) in times of disasters both near and far. • A Music Ministry providing a state-of-the-art recording studio to make custom CDs for friends and family. Have a concert at 3MC. All types of musicians are welcome. • Cradles for Angels
