  2. Purpose The purpose of this meeting is to clarify issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised in respect to the RFP for the Upgrade of the ZISHAC Software

  3. Assumptions This presentation is a summary of some of the Key points in the Request for Proposal Document. It is assumed that Offerors read through the complete set of the RFP documents which properly address the RFP requirements in greater detail.

  4. Background • SCMS Project USAID funded & Operated By JSI in Zimbabwe • Logistics Management of ARV Drugs and Fluconazole • ZISHAC is the LMIS that captures and produce reports • Upgrade due to System Redesign and Intergration Requirements

RFP Important Dates • More Questions up to 13 May 2011 • Responses and minutes of pre-bid in addendum - 16 May 2011 • Due date of submission – June 2, 2011, 5pm Harare time sealed bids • Notification of results – July 29th • Project Duration – six months development + six months post production

  7. Key requirements • Fully Integrated into the NatPharm Navision system • Build a sustainable system that can be managed and supported by the local team • Ensure remote system accessibility by users from different geographical locations • Data migration requirements
