Patterson Park provides an opportunity for select players – those who best represent the combined attributes of physical ability, baseball knowledge, positive attitude and dedication to baseball as a team sport – to compete successfully in All-Star play.
Participation in All-Stars is a tremendous commitment for the player and their family. Players must have participated in 60% of their regular season games. In addition, they should be able to commit to attending 85% of practices scheduled by their manager.
The teams typically run from the end of the regular season until about the third weekend of July. Most teams participate in a July 4th weekend tournament along with other tournaments. Actual schedule is set by the manager.
