Economic Analysis and M&E at MCC • Partner countries assess constraints to growth that feed into a broad consultative process • Partners integrate M&E into proposal and project design from the beginning • Partners and MCC calculate economic rates of return on program activities and overall program • M&E Plans document the agreed targets between MCC and the MCA Partner Country • Monitoring lets us know what is happening • Evaluation lets us know if we are getting results
