Open Budgetary Transparency and Accountability

The decision to enroll a patient is based solely on independent clinical assessment- not on political, economic, or religious interests. IAW 5 CFR 2635.802 JER 2-303 & JAG consultation, the foundation is fiscally autonomous, transparent, and unrelated to US policy.

Academic Tertiary Care Providers can register to volunteer their subspecialty services. Upon submission, profile and privileges are verified before the account is activated.

Doctors can select cases to sponsor. Their labor and hospital fees are tax deductible, and they are credited in the Hope.MD leading provider network. In future enhancements, the website will have centralized access to clinical data for cases.

Sponsors can submit secured electronic donations to sponsor specific children they select. Sponsors can build their own profile through a unique social network application or remain anonymous

Social networking enables donors to connect with patients. Donors can send emails, and embed patient profile information into their personal webpage or blog. Donors can link with friends to build group sponsorship and meet new people.
