  4. Genderroles Shows equal rights for both men and women. The main character is a woman named Addison Forbes Montgomery Expectations Compare and contrast: private practice

  5. Target Market The target market for both shows would mostly be for both males and females middle aged peopleand the range from young adults to the older crowd. This is important because the more the amount of people goes up the more good ratings they get. There is commercials about quitting smoking so It is for people who are old enough to smoke.

  6. Quotes from private practice • “Violet: Me, and my pathetic miserable existence. He left six months ago. He was a loser! Do you know he peed a little bit every time he coughed? Like an incompetent old woman. He smelled like pee. And there I was in the car crying, and I am a serious feminist. Not to mention, my no sex couple, it turns out it was a hormone thing. In the old days we would've talked and talked and talked as Paul got sicker. My profession is becoming irrelevant. Maybe it's a good thing.” • “Pete: people should just tell the truth to the other people in there lives.” • “Addison: I just never thought about it …what the dream would be if…I couldn’t have my dream violet your in denial your angry and you use sex as a weapon to deflect it.”

  7. Quotes from Dirty Sexy Money • “Juliet Darling: If am so terrible, Duncan Mcdoorknob, then why did you cast me?Producer: Because your dad's financing the whole production.Juliet Darling: Daddy paid for this?Producer: Of course. You don't think you can act, do you? Haven't you seen the looks on everyone's mugs when you squeak and squawk your way through your lines, you dodgy wee twig? Or are you blind as well? You're a nightmare!Juliet Darling: But daddy said he wasn't gonna do that anymore. I thought I earned this part!Nick George: Juliet, there are lots of ways...Juliet Darling: Oh, I wish I was dead!Nick George: ...to earn the part. What, uh, exactly went wrong here?Producer: She stepped on the stage, that's what went wrong. She couldn't act her way out of a paper bag, mate, let alone a play. “ • Nick George: You have all the money you're ever gonna need. You're never gonna have to work a day in your life. 30,000 people die of starvation every day. Did you know that? Every day.Jeremy Darling: Yeah, but out of 7 billion people...Nick Geroge: Look, the point is that life for most people is a living hell. So your life is not the worst life in the world by any stretch of the imagination”

  8. ABC company • ABC stands to spread the joy of entertainment across America. It spread news and gossip from across the globe to our television & to our computers. • Disney might be the parent company because there is a lot of commercials of disney during shows and that is usually where people go for vacation like on Extreme Makeover Home Edition and AFV. There is probably no conflict.
