  1. 扶輪基金會(TRF)的人道獎助金計畫及教育計畫 主講人: 劉祥呈 PDG Syo-Tei 板橋扶輪社

  2. 大綱 A、 人道獎助金計畫 (Humanitarian Grants Program) B、 教育計畫 (Educational Programs)

  3. A、人道獎助金計畫 一、地區簡化獎助金(District Simplified Grants): 支持地區服務活動或人道行動。 二、配合獎助金(Matching Grants): 支持扶輪社及地區解決人道問題, 以幫助需要幫助的社區, 分為小型(Minor)及大型(Major)二種。

  4. A、人道獎助金計畫 三、義工服務獎助金(Volunteer ServiceGrants): 支持扶輪社社員團體(最多五名)於規劃或執行服務計畫時所需之經費。

  5. A、人道獎助金計畫 四、保健、防飢、人道3H獎助金 (Health, Hunger and Humanity 3HGrants): 屬大型國際性計畫, 必須為能強化保健、協助減輕飢餓或增進人類發展的計畫。 且能協助自立更生,提升競爭力及改善其生活品質。 五、其他(Others)

  6. B、教育計畫 一、大使獎學金(Ambassadorial Scholarships): 分為ㄧ學年與多學年大使獎學金, 在TRF指定之研究機構,幾乎可用於各種領域的學習。 二、大學教師獎學金 (Rotary Grants for University Teachers): 給具大學教師資格者提供資金協助在開發中國家之大專院校教學, 以便在低收入的國家加強高等教育並促進其發展。

  7. B、教育計畫 三、團體研究交換GSE (Group Study Exchange): 提供給各行各業非扶輪社友(25~40歲), 且有正當職業至各配對地區做交換訪問。訪問團成員須於回國後二個月內, 繳交結案報告給RF GSE部門。

  8. B、教育計畫 四、扶輪國際和平研究中心 (Rotary Centers for International Studies in Peace and Conflict Resolution): 每年於全世界甄選70位和平獎學金學者, 至RI指定之七所主要大學內, 進行為期二年攻讀碩士學位之課程, 主要為針對世界和平、衝突解決及國際關係之研究。

  9. B、教育計畫 五、扶輪和平及衝突研究中心 (Rotary Peace and Conflict Studies Program): 自2006年7月起, 為來自全世界的專業人士提供解決衝突和調解對立策略過程的訓練機會,每年提供二梯次各三十位學員於泰國朱拉隆功大學(Chulalongkorn University) 進行3個月之研究。
