  4. Applications due TOMORROW! • September 12th is the last day to turn in your enrollment form and $30 dues • Applications WILL NOT be accepted after Friday! • If you have submitted an application but have not turned in dues, you still will not be registered if you have not paid by Friday!

  5. Submitting Hours • Hours submitted after the first of the month are LATE and will NOT be counted! • Do not comment your hours on the website – there is an actual hours submission form located under “Hours and Standings” • Ways to submit hours: • Enter directly into our website www.jenkskeyclub.org • Sign in on the project sheet when you volunteer • Email the board member in charge of your project • Email servicehours@jenkskeyclub.org

Projects • If you didn’t get signed up to receive info on a particular project, you can find their contact info on our website www.jenkskeyclub.org • Please EMAIL board members if you want to volunteer at their project • Commenting on the website is the LEAST effective method of communication!!

  7. What’s New? • Suggestion boxes will be available at every meeting to anonymously (or not) make suggestions or comments and ask questions! • Pen and paper will be available for members to write a thank-you note to soldiers overseas. If you would like to submit a more formal letter, you can submit those for a point.

Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities • Jenks East Intermediate 5K • When: September 20th from 7 AM – 11 AM • Where: HS Track Field • What: Helping with setup/teardown, manning registration/refreshment tables, etc. • Roll & Read • When: September 20th from 10 AM – 11:30 AM • Where: In front of the Early Childhood Center – east of the football field • What: Keep families and children on track and pass out snacks

Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities • Corndog Classic 5K • When: September 20th 4 PM - 8 PM • Where: Tulsa Fair Grounds • What: Set the course, marshal the course, help at food/water stops, registration, etc. • Art on Main • When: October 11th from 10 AM – 5 PM • Where: Main Street Jenks • What: TBA

  11. Key Club Fundraiser! • Pie-in-the-Face Fundraiser! Begins Monday September 15th • Pie-ee candidates will be 5 teachers from each lunch • Donate to the teacher(s) you most want to see pied!! • Top teachers from each lunch will be pied at the Homecoming Pep Rally on October 10th • Other teachers will bid on the chance to be able to pie their fellow teachers in the face! • All proceeds will go to the Children’s Miracle Network

  12. Jenks Green • First Meeting: Monday, September 15th in Mrs. Langley’s room (JMASC 216) right after school. Up With Trees will be presenting. • First meeting is worth 2 points! • Email beautification@jenkskeyclub.org for more info
