  4. Limited coaches ministry at this time • Most recreational adult athletes (the majority of our ministry) are self-coached • Have a number of coaches on our Team- other than a few additional resources, they are ministered to like much of our Team • Vision to have web-based programs (discipleship and training)

  5. Pillar ministry of the International Christian Triathlon Network (ICTN) – helped put on the ’05 & ’06 Adult Endurance Camp • Goal to plug in as many of our Teammates and coaches into current FCA camps • Helped add swimming and triathlon to the Northern Rockies Camp and triathlon to the Salisbury MD camp • Vision to add another adult camp and cycling and tri to current sports camps

  6. Primarily, by vision and design, an adult ministry • Currently, our goal is to plug members into current campus ministries or help connect and equip them to start a campus ministry • Vision to create a collegiate and junior Team

  7. 55 Registered Ministry Partners • 375+ Registered Teammates in 44 states and 3 foreign countries • 9 Current Certified Endurance Adult Huddles (10 this week), more coming • Teammates competing in hundreds of races all over the country, serving in many of them • Services at all North American Ironmans, most 70.3’s, Tri California, LTF, TCM and the Ironman World Championships • Vision to grow and expand the Team, have a presence at National Championships (HS, collegiate, AG), and produce or make available more evangelistic resources and training

  8. 2007 Impact Report (September – May) • Total Event Attendees: 800 (a few thousand contacts?) • Total Faith Commitments: 2 • Volunteers: 20 Leaders, 375+ Volunteers • Current Board Members: 9 • Partnerships: ICTN, Tri4Him, Tri4God, Tri California, Hammer Nutrition • Ways to utilize FCA Endurance in your local area. • 1. Tap into our Team for volunteers, speakers, etc. • 2. Plug Alumni athletes and adults into a ministry for them • Resources, prayerfully, will be on their way… Race Director’s Guide, • Endurance Huddle Supplement, etc. • The biggest win of 2007 is… God’s abundant blessing, partnerships, and provision allowing for us to pursue hiring a full-time staff member.
